About Shipment

  1. We do not accept changing delivery address once the order is completed. Please note and confirm the delivery address after the order.
  2. Upon completion of product shipment, we will send a shipping completion email to the email address registered by the customer.
  3. Free shipping for game console, accessories will occur $5 shipping cost.
  4. Orders to the USA will be shipped from our US warehouse, other orders will be shipped from our Shenzhen warehouse.
  5. If you are absent at the time of delivery and items that have exceeded their storage period will be returned to Neogeoarcade warehouse. In that case, the shipping fee will be charged separately when re-sending.

Specify delivery time

Shipping to the United States:

The delivery date can be specified from 5 days to 10 days after the order is placed, except holidays and weekends.

Shipping to other countries:

The delivery date is estimated to around 10~20 business days after the order is placed, except holidays and weekends.

The delivery date and time are based on the delivery date and time of the local postal office.


  1. We do not accept the cancellation after shipment complete.
  2. If the item is damaged or you receive a different item from the order, please contact us within 48hours after you get the package. Please attach the name, product status, and an image that confirms the product status, and contact us. We will check the contents and respond.

* We cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened items or due to customer's convenience such as incorrect order.

* We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that are more than 7 days old.

* We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items other than the main body, such as the outer box of the product.

* If the product is out of stock or the product is discontinued, the price of the product may be refunded.
